S/S 2026 - FLIGHT
The Spring / Summer 2026 collection is inspired by a sudden motion, mostly
unexpected – we call “Flight”. From acts of falling to leaping we elaborate concepts of active and passive movements like “jumping, walking, turning“ to passive
movement like “pushing, pulling, holding”.
The notion of “Flight” assumes an act of evasion whilst we try to focus on the very first second of the movement and analyze the characteristics of body posture, fabric behaviour and visual impression.
GABRIELSTUNZ incorporates these theories through various details. Overlapping collars, folds and pleats for fluidity. Sheer fabrics for a visual experimentation of a motion blur and lastly generous fits for active moments like jumping, running and a sensitive silhouette.
Opposed to the obvious idea to use fluid fabrics for draping, GABRIELSTUNZ applies this concept to his expertise of tailored technical apparel using fabrics with a more technological background. The fabrics range from ripstop fabrics with soft peach touch and sheer 3D weaves paired with different types of heavy and light cottons mixed with fabrics made from paper giving the collection a unique and unexpected feel.
